Deactivating Harms

1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
3. In the Risk Management section, click Harm.
   Result: The Harm list window is displayed.
4. Click the Harm link of the record to be deactivated.
   Result: The Harm edit window is displayed.

5. Enable the Inactive radio button.

6. Click the Submit button.
   Result: The harm has been deactivated and is displayed in the Harm list window with a status of Inactive.
